Heavenly Father,
I come before You in humility and repentance. I confess that I have sinned against You and have fallen short of Your glory. But I place my trust in Your boundless love and grace through faith in Your Son, Jesus Christ, who took upon Himself the punishment for my sins and paid the ultimate price for my redemption.
With all my heart, I turn away from my former ways and confess Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior. I believe in His death on the cross for my sins and His resurrection from the dead, confessing with my mouth that He is Lord and believing in my heart that He is the Son of God.
I offer my gratitude to You, Lord, for Your forgiveness, love, and salvation. I humbly ask that You fill me with Your Holy Spirit, guiding me in Your ways, so that I may follow and obey Your commands for the rest of my life. I have confidence in Your promises, and I eagerly await the day when I will be with You in heaven for eternity.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving me. Amen.
