Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with grateful hearts, acknowledging that all wisdom and understanding comes from You. We thank You for the opportunity to teach and be a part of shaping the next generation. We ask that You would bless us with Your grace and guidance as we prepare and deliver our lessons. Give us the ability to make complex concepts simple and easy to understand, so that all of our students may grasp Your truth.
We pray that You would give us the strength and energy to endure the demands of teaching and that You would give us the wisdom to know how to help each student in the way they need it most. We pray that through our teaching, Your light would shine in the hearts of our students and that Your truth would transform their lives.
We ask for Your protection over our students and for their families, so that they may be safe and healthy. We pray that You would bless their homes and that they would be surrounded by love and support.
Finally, we pray that we, as teachers, would be a reflection of Your love and grace to our students and that through our actions and words, they would come to know You more intimately. We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness and know that You are the source of all wisdom and understanding.
In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
