Dear Lord,
We come to You today with heavy hearts, asking for Your healing touch on our dear friend. We know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, and we ask that You would bring wholeness and health to our friend’s body, mind, and spirit.
We ask for Your grace and strength to sustain them during this difficult time, and for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. We also ask for wisdom for the medical professionals who are treating them, that they would have the knowledge and skill needed to care for our friend.
We know that You have a plan and a purpose for our friend’s life, and we pray that they would feel Your loving presence with them every step of the way. We pray that they would be a testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of this trial.
We also ask for Your healing power to be evident to everyone involved in our friend’s life, and that through this difficult experience, many would come to know You and trust in You.
We thank You in advance for Your healing power, and we trust in Your faithfulness and love.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
