Almighty God,
On this special day, we come before You to give thanks for the gift of life. We thank You for the birth of [Name], and for all the blessings You have bestowed upon him/her.
We pray that You continue to guide and protect [Name] as he/she navigates the journey of life. May Your love, grace, and mercy be evident in all areas of his/her life. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance in his/her decisions, and for Your strength and courage to face any challenges that may come his/her way.
We also pray for Your blessings upon [Name]’s relationships, that You would bring people into his/her life who will encourage and support him/her in his/her walk with You.
We give thanks to You, Lord, for the gift of salvation and the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. We pray that [Name] will continue to grow in his/her faith and that he/she may be a shining light for You in this world.
This is our prayer in Jesus’ name, Amen.
