Heavenly Father,
I come to You today with a grateful heart to give You thanks for the gift of mothers. I thank You for the love and sacrifice that they pour out daily, for the guidance and wisdom they provide, and for the strength and support they offer.
I ask that You bless my mother, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I pray for Your healing hand to touch any area of her life that is in need. Give her Your peace and joy in the midst of any trials she may be facing.
I ask that You give her wisdom as she raises and guides her children, and that You would be her rock and her refuge. I pray for Your protection over her and for Your provision for all her needs.
I also ask that You help me to honor and respect my mother, as commanded in Your Word. Help me to be grateful for her and to show her love in word and deed.
I pray all this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
