This is a simplified version of the Bible story found in 2 Kings 2:23-25, written for children to understand. For the original version, please refer to the Bible passage.
Once upon a time, there was a man named Elisha who was traveling to a city called Bethel. As he was walking, some boys came out of the city and started making fun of him. They called him a baldhead and told him to go away. Elisha turned around and saw the boys teasing him, and he became very upset. In the name of the Lord, he cursed them. Suddenly, two she-bears came out of the woods and attacked the boys, tore forty-two of them. After that, Elisha continued on his journey and eventually returned home to Samaria.
