Prayer for the New Year

Dear Lord,

As we enter into a new year, we give You thanks for the blessings and provisions You have given us in the past. We pray that You would continue to guide and protect us in the year ahead.

We ask that You would give us strength to overcome any challenges that may come our way and wisdom to make good decisions. Help us to always remember to turn to You in times of trouble and to trust in Your plan for our lives.

We pray that You would bless our families, friends, and communities and bring us closer together. May we use our talents and resources to serve You and others in a way that brings honor to Your name.

We ask that You would give us a heart for the lost and a desire to share the gospel with those who do not know You. Help us to be bold and courageous in sharing Your love with the world.

We pray all of these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer About Faith

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today with a heart full of faith and gratitude. I thank You for Your unwavering love and the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ.

I recognize that without faith, it is impossible to please You, and I desire to live my life in a way that brings honor and glory to Your name. Help me to walk by faith and not by sight, trusting in Your promises and Your plan for my life. I pray that my faith would be evident to all around me, and that through my actions, others would be drawn to You.

I also pray for those around me who do not yet know You, that through my words and actions, they would see the truth of the Gospel and be drawn to You. I ask that You would open their hearts to receive the good news of salvation through Your Son Jesus.

I ask all these things in Jesus’ name, Amen.
