Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with grateful hearts, giving thanks for the gift of work and the blessings it brings. We ask for Your guidance and wisdom as we labor in our various fields.
Give us the strength and energy to fulfill our responsibilities to the best of our abilities. We pray for protection from harm, and for unity and teamwork among our colleagues.
Help us to be good stewards of the resources You have given us, and to use our skills to serve others and bring glory to Your Name.
We pray that our work will be a reflection of Your love and grace to those around us. We ask that You would use our work to further Your kingdom and bring hope and healing to the world.
We also pray for those who are unemployed and seeking work, that You would provide for their needs and lead them to fulfilling jobs.
We know that everything comes from You and we trust in Your provision. We also know that You have a plan and a purpose for each of our lives and we ask that You would reveal that to us as we trust in You.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
